I painted it teal, Lagoon by Rustoleum to be correct. I just love that color to death and I figured that side of the room needed some color against the white wall.

I haven’t stapled down the fabric because I’m leaning toward a pattern for the chair, maybe something geometric like chevron or a nice ikat or maybe even a floral fabric.

Oooh that desk would look so good in my bedroom! lol Great job. I think a pattern would look lovely on your chair seat. You could even take a strip of it and make a ribbon to pin to the bottom of your lamp shade. If its pinned, you can remove it when you want a change without ruining the lampshade. What ever you decide, I know it will be lovely. Hope you’ll share it at Frugal Treasures Tuesday.
